 I offer both! In-person sessions are available within the Inland Empire and surrounding areas. For teams outside this area or who prefer flexibility, virtual workshops are also available. 


2-3 hours depending on number of staff.


 This training is specifically designed for office professionals—administrative assistants, executive support staff, program coordinators, and team leads—who handle a wide variety of tasks and want to save time. 


 A free ChatGPT account is recommended, but not required. I’ll walk participants through the setup during the session if needed. 


 

Each session includes:

  • Live demonstration of ChatGPT in action
     
  • Hands-on participant practice
     
  • A digital workbook and prompt templates
     



Workshops are designed for up to 10 participants, with the option to add additional attendees (up to 15 total) for a small per-person fee. 


Live, hands-on session (2–3 hours)
Includes workbook, templates, and practical office-focused training
Available in-person or virtual $99 per person. 


Recommended Group Size 10 participants (max 15 allowed)—Additional Participants Max 15 total (same $99 rate per person) $99 per person.
